As the Head of Technology and Operations at Cosm Medical Corp., she leads the development of Gynethotics™, the world's first personalized pessaries for pelvic organ prolapse, using cutting-edge 3D printing technologies. Under her leadership, Cosm has achieved FDA and Health Canada clearances and is revolutionizing women's pelvic health.

Beyond her role at Cosm, Aye's expertise spans systems engineering, product development, and manufacturing innovation. Her previous positions include Vice President of Engineering at SQI Diagnostics, where she played a key role in launching the imaware™ at-home health testing platform, and R&D Engineer at Baylis Medical, where she implemented in-house additive manufacturing processes for minimally invasive surgical tools.

Clara Remacha leads the Product Management team for HP’s 3D Printing & Digital Manufacturing business, defining and delivering the roadmap of products for HP Multi Jet Fusion technology, including hardware, consumables and services. She is also responsible for Partner Management, leading relationships and collaboration with material and hardware suppliers.

A proud and core member of HP’s 3D Printing & Digital Manufacturing business since its inception, Clara was a part of the team who launched HP’s first 3D printer. She has played a crucial role in transforming ideas and designs into 3D applications across various industries, including industrial, automotive, medical and consumer goods.

Jonné Messer serves as the global additive manufacturing lead at Ford Motor Company with nearly 30 years at the company. Messer rose through the ranks from manufacturing apprentice and in 2017 Messer and a colleague explored the potential of 3D printing, sparking a transformation at Ford’s Sharonville Transmission Plant’s manufacturing capabilities. Their initiative resulted in millions of dollars in savings and established STP as Ford’s North American 3D printing hub.

Messer holds numerous industry certifications and accolades, and has been recognized with a Ford Motor Company Technical Excellence Award. Committed to knowledge sharing, she leads tours and demonstrations to both internal Ford employees and external companies, as well as mentoring high school students in additive manufacturing.

Katie Weimer, MS, MBA, is the CEO and Co-founder of GenesisTissue, a company pioneering 3D bioprinted regenerative tissues with an initial focus on breast reconstruction. As one of the world’s experts in 3D printing for healthcare, Katie has led advanced R&D, product and business development, and manufacturing operations with integrated regulatory processes. Additionally, she has supported over 100 FDA-cleared and CE-marked medical devices used worldwide.

Katie's career began at Medical Modeling in 2007, where she revolutionized personalized planning workflows for surgical procedures. Following the company's acquisition by 3D Systems in 2014, she led global operations for personalized healthcare solutions. As Vice President of Regenerative Medicine, Katie directed advanced R&D for the company’s regenerative tissue program and also contributed to organ bioprinting collaborations with United Therapeutics. She holds two patents, has published extensively, and is pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Engineering, focusing on the bioethics of 3D printed tissues and organs.

Sofie Magnusson, HVE, is a manufacturing engineer with expertise in designing for manufacturing and has a diploma in mechanics. She specializes in 3D printing, mainly focusing on Multi-Jet Fusion Technology. During her three years at Ocado Technology, her main focus has been optimizing the 600s Series Bot for the best possible printed outcome, designing for cost reduction, dimensional accuracy, and less manual post-processing.

Her strive for improvement has made her one of Ocado's experts in additive manufacturing. She has been an essential part of the success of our internal prototyping, and setting up an external production with a fleet of printers.
